Returns: If we make an error, call 315.463.4339 or email us for replacement or refund instructions. We cannot be responsible for errors made by the customer. Changes/Cancellations: Once started, orders cannot be canceled or changed. In some cases, you may increase your order if necessary. Call for details.

In the event of a damaged package, keep all packaging and contents as shipping company requires this in the event of a claim. The shipper may pick up the damaged goods or request photos. Claims cannot be processed without this evidence.
